The Braai Cleaver lands right at the sweet spot between a heavy boning knife and a light cleaver. At 305g, it carries enough mass for confident draw-cuts through larger cuts of meat, without tipping into fatiguing chopper territory. It’s built for long slicing sessions, not repeated heavy chopping.

The angled spine tapers into a single finger hole near the bolster, shifting the balance back toward the handle for a controlled, precision-first cutting style, ideal for long draw-cuts, deboning, and general slicing work.

A rich wood handle gives a warm, secure grip, and the hand-forged high carbon steel blade holds its edge through extended use.
